How do I identify an anomaly in Animal Hospital?
Check all three channels before you treat anyone: look at the patient directly, compare the printed photo against them, then check the CCTV feed. Most anomalies show up on one channel, but not all — Staring is visible both in person and on CCTV, and Twitching is sometimes only visible on camera. That is exactly why a patient isn't cleared until all three checks have passed.

No — regular patients are randomly generated from a huge pool of face, tail, and color combinations, not a fixed roster. What's worth memorizing instead is the small list of recurring named NPCs (below) who are always safe, even when they look suspicious.
What's the fastest way to recover sanity?
