What we don't collect

The Anomaly Identifier and Sanity Tracker run entirely client-side. Search text, selected clues and sanity values are not uploaded. Specifically:

• No accounts and no sign-ups — there is nothing here to log in to.
• No forms: the only inputs are the identifier's search box and the tracker's buttons, and neither is ever submitted anywhere.
• No stored sanity totals — your number lives in the page and is gone when you close the tab.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarityto see aggregate traffic — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and general device and browser info. These tools set cookies. Nothing here is tied to a name or account, because we don't collect those. We also send anonymous events such as tool_use and tool_reset so we can tell whether a page view became real tool usage; those events contain only the tool name, never search text, selected clues or sanity values. You can block analytics with a browser ad-blocker or by disabling cookies, with no effect on the tools working.

Advertising

This site may show ads in the future through providers like Google AdSense. If that happens:

• Those providers can use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your visits here and elsewhere.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.

Some pages link out to the main Animal Hospital Wiki and other sites. Once you click through, their own privacy policy applies.
